Elizabeth has been assisting forensic engineering failure analysis engineers for many years.  A native of South Florida, she began working in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties within the structural and mechanical engineering disciplines. This included assisting with administration of property inspections, assessments, and documentation of building envelope, concrete, asphalt, roof, curtain wall, stucco, balcony, and foundation failures primarily for community associations and/or high rise condominiums.

 

After relocating to Northeast Indiana, she joined the Stahl Engineering and Failure Analysis team to continue in the field of forensic engineering and failure analysis. She provides support for the engineers in activities related to the investigation, analysis, and reporting of findings regarding cases that have resulted in injuries and/or property damage. 

 

While facilitating assignments from initiation to delivery, she communicates with all parties including attorneys, manufacturers, and insurance claim representatives.  This includes gathering accurate project information from a variety of external and internal sources, entry of client and assignment information, answering questions, and providing current and accurate information. Also, keeping up with the project status, monitoring the progress of the assignments, and resolving issues that prevent the assignment from moving to the next project phase. Additionally, she enjoys working on development and improvement of administrative and procedural systems within the company and researching various topics related to industry standards.
